Well, I first started practicing over 10 years ago. I didn't have much success thought until I found these courses almost 4 years ago. Then, I found out that it was much simpler than I previously thought. I also learned about the need to be consistent with the practices, which helped a lot.

I hope you are enjoying the course so far! All the best with it.
