I'm 21 and from England, I have been astral projecting since i was about 8 years old (although back then i didnt really understand it)

I am also from England :) where abouts are you from? I'm looking for friends who can help me astral project. I've tried everything and i've got to a stage where it's about to happen (I feel a dizziness and vibrations) but then it stops and I can't seem to get any further no matter how much I try. I've signed up for the course which I'm hoping will help.
