I am doing well. This week we are going up north to visit family. It will be my son's first big trip...hopefully, for our sake, he likes to travel ;)

yep sorry thank-you for the warm welcome! i was trying to hear my heartbeat last night but couldn't concentrate properly on it. I think I need to do some more concentration practice. How long have you been projecting for?Tre x

hi gabrielle!i only figured out this course thingy the other day. Before I had been using the Robert Monroe technique.I get vibrations without using the heartbeat technique (its like a tingling in my lower body). What should be the next step?:D
