About Me:
I have been pursuing my spiritual path in earnest for some time now. I've been practicing Buddhism for about three years now, and have been involve in esoteric studying for about a year. Recently I joined the Rosicrucian Order, which I like a lot.
I found Gnostic Web through my pursuit of astral travel, and am started in the OBE course now, in Jan '08. A nice way to begin the year!

I enjoy reading about various science and spiritual topics. I love hiking, and try to get out in nature at least once a wee. I'm a total sci-fi geek, and I enjoy watching the science channel, history channel, and Discovery channel on TV, with some comedy thrown in. Hi Dana,
I looked at your website. Very interesting. Seems like your spiritual temperament is similar in many ways to mine. I read thru that long thread about calling upon false gods. I basically agree with you in your response to Tehuti, "the voice of reason."
I think that members(who were disturbed about some of the methods here, like calling upon Jupiter) that consider themselves Christian will find their concept of Christianity, and of other religions and practices, expanding if they persist in exploring spiritual truth directly.
That was a mouthful! Anyways, good luck with your practices. You sure are determined.
