Hi Brendan, Sorry for the delay in answering your questions...basically all the techniques I have used are given in the astral course. So I would advise to keep going with them and try and build up a discipline to enable you to eventually have more regular experiences. Practising awareness during the day also helps to have clearer dreams -- using the technique of waking up in dreams given in the course is an excellent technique also. Sarah

Oh, and I like to do many things. My favorites are probably dancing, kayaking, and spending time with my friends. And yes there are lots of redwood trees in Crescent City, and that lake you are taking about, well I am not really sure what lake that is. Yah, Crescent City is a cool place, but i won't actually be living there any more. I leave for Spain on Sat., and when I get back I will be living in Davis.
Thats great you had an actual person as your teacher rather than a book and an online course, and I am sorry that he passed away. I would much rather do this course in person, not that I can't learn just as much from this course. I would be nice to physically be with the teachers.
