A course in miracles, The Dhammapada (teachings of the Buddha), Man's Eternal Quest by Paramahansa Yogananda

General:
Well, most of my interests and hobbies revolve around my kids and my spriritual quests ... striving to be a better person, and understand myself and others is a big deal to me and I enjoy it so I think you would say it's a hobby and an interest. My ideal day off would be to sit in the sun and read a book. I lean towards organic food and fair trade products, to create a balance.

Hi Jo! I'm glad you are doing well with gnostic wisdom. Once you finish that, you can next go into the open course. I will probably be in that again for the next round too and we can be classmates! That will be really nice.

I'm sorry your computer connection is slow :-(, but at least you can get some information.

Good luck for the rest of the round!

Hey Jo. Don't pay too much regard to that message from Scot, he's joking with me.

I since talked to Jeff and he is just choosing another path that feels right to him. It is too bad, he seemed like he was making some progress and I benefitted from his input, as I know you and Scot did too.

Hope you're doing well. You're off to Gnostic Wisdom next? If so, then good luck. That is quite a class.

Jo, what happened with Jeff? You guys had your classes together and I thought maybe he told you something. I feel bad for him.

Hi Jo thanks for your e-mail, it's nice of you to think of me! I am doing the Gnostic Wisdom course ... are you doing the D&OBE? Big hug and I love your kids ... how many do you have?

Hi Jo,

It's great to see you so active on the forums  :-)  Doing the practices and then sharing your results and problems is the best way to learn, and to help others at the same time - good job!!

I love the photos of the kiddies ... I have some little tackers myself (3 boys - 9yo and 7yo twins).  I reckon they'd really like that "Find the Chocolate Fish" game - maybe it will make a surprise entry at the twins 8th birthday party in December  :-)

I used to live in Auckland for a couple of years, when the boys were younger - I came back to Oz when I split with the boys' father, back in 2004.  I loved NZ - the people there were really friendly, and I also met a bunch of lovely people which helped me see the need to restart my spiritual search.

All the best with your course, and feel free to drop me a line anytime ... vicki at norgate dot net

Vicki  :-)
