About Me:

What can I say...I've gone from swim-bike-run to mantra-meditation-astral; a pretty radical change but it was about time to start switching the attention from my physical body to my internal world. I guess in a way I always wondered the answers to the big questions and also how could I go about changing certain aspects I didn't like about myself, but I didn't know how...so I kept swimming-biking-running because it felt good and allowed me to fall asleep pretty quickly.

I've already spent half of my life cultivating the body and mind, now it is time to cultivate the spirit. It is an amazing world and it seems that the learning is never ending. I can't think of anything more challenging and yet so rewarding...the great Ironman doesn't even come close...

Hi Patricia,

Thought I’d sign your guestbook. =)

I heard that you’re interested in opening a center in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area. I’m fairly familiar with the area and I think that would be great if I could help out with it. I think Gilbert Chen lived there. Whatever happened to him? I never see him anymore.

Anyway, I’m at a friend’s apartment up here in the Dallas on my spring break. Email me and we can discuss this further.

Hello Patricia,

I can relate to your story.
Yes, can only agree with you that the spiritual work is much more challenging and rewarding than the quest to the physical perfection which inevitably loses to the force of time and doesn't really mean anything.

It's nice to be in a good shape though!

All the best,
hopefully see you soon,

Vadim

Hello Matija, David and Noah,

Nice to hear from all of you and thanks for singing the guestbook. It is great that the new site gives us a way to catch up with each other. The Joan of Arc version that I like is the one with Leele Sobieski.

Take care,

Pati

Hey Pati,

Long time no talk :)

I hope everything is going really well with you and Brett and the centre over there!

I miss speaking to you!

Take care,
David

Hi Patricia,

I hope things are going well in Berkeley, I hear there is a lot of strength gathering at the center.

What version of Joan of Arc did you like?

Noah
