Hey Gerry ! I haven't had obe's yet... I have meditated and done the practice that helps opening the chakras but not so consistently... this
time I will follow each of the steps they recommend in the course and practice every day ! I started writing my dreams since last sunday, so let's see how it goes ! It's very interesting ! Are you taking the course
