Yeah in Melb, we have been having a few days with max temp around 13 degrees, and mornings much colder which makes is nice to stay inside for practices now, although its funny going out in the morning for awareness walks, being aware of numb fingers and nose lol, im sure you have had experience with that hehe.
No, I have not made it up for a retreat yet!, How was it? im planning on going to as many as possible next time round! im saving up! I went to the melbourne one on easter, and the strength generated was fantastic. I would imagine with so many people it would be quite powerful.
Yes, I have been attending the melbourne center, going as much as i can at the moment, want to do the teachers course soon, is that what you are doing? how do you find it?
Thanks for the artists!, i think im going to try order some soon, already having so much classical its good to get some variation. Its hard when there is so much junk too. So if you have any other recommendations i would love to hear them!
