Hi Jackie,
I just wanted to say how much I related to your post on the Intensive Practice for last week. I too found egos coming up that I thought I had dealt with, and was shocked by their ferocity. I like the way you dealt with it. And I'm guessing the pic above comes from those walks you were doing. Good for you... I'm going to try a big walk tomorrow myself - you've inspired me :-)
This week I set up a little private meditation space just for me in my walk-in robe. It's like a little cubby, and I've found it a really useful place to retreat to and "regroup" when necessary! Just tonight after the kids went to bed, I spent an hour there doing Meditation on an Ego and Mantra O. I came out a different person - luckily for the kids!! (And me).
Anyway, just thought I'd just base quickly. Lots of strength for the coming week...
