Yes, I'm a Fine Artist, although I have too many ideas in my head that I'm not sure if I will be able to materialize them in paintings in this lifetime... I like to express spiritual messages through art, although I need to make a living and sometimes I'm busy doing more commercial things.

Self-observation, a clear mind and heart focusing in the Essence helps to overcome depression. It's temporary, sometimes we go through difficult times but we need to have enough strength and wisdom to see the events pass and new happy moments come if we are calm and active doing creative things or helping other people.

I'm in the teachers course at the Berkeley center, I havent taken a class online for ahwile, sometimes I'll watch the videos for inspiration though. I mostly get on online to catch up with people and meet new people. =]

Your in the asrtal course thats great, all I can say is do the practices
wholeheartedly so you can gain some expieience. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.
