About Me:
It seems to me that nothing is given for granted in this world and without internal work life doesn't really have much meaning and beauty.
I'd like to live my life the way I won't regret later
"Do not consider any act of kindness insignificant, even meeting your brother with a cheerful face." Mohammed
"Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
Jesus Christ
"Receive with pleasure the unpleasant
manifestations of our fellow man." "Never does a day lack importance. If we really want to transform ourselves radically, we must see, observe and comprehend ourselves daily." Samael Aun Weor
"However many holy words you read, However many you speak, What good will they do you If you do not act on upon them?" Buddha
"No one is more, and no one is less; all of us have the same possibilities, and if others did it, then why, I ask you, are we not able ourselves?" Rabolu
"Whoever wants to achieve awakening must decide to go for it, and to do whatever it takes to reach it." Belzebuub

The world is our practice room :)
When does the first round of courses start next year do you know? You might be able to see the first week in Geelong. It's just small for now in a community centre, but hopefully we'll build momentum there as we go along!
That sounds great. I think I have until the 12th off work, so lots of time yes.
There is a nice place called Healesville Sanctuary not far from where the retreat will be which is kind of like a zoo for native animals, but they're not in cages (except for the birds which are in massive ones) they're in natural enclosures. You'd be able to see lots of Australian wildlife there. They also have an awesome birds of prey show, where a bird keeper talks about eagles and falcons and other types of birds and gets them to fly over the audiences head. It's really good :)
Hopefully we'll have a new centre by then, otherwise maybe Steve will let us borrow his practice room. Wonder how many people we can fit in there!
All the best,
David
No problems. Will be good to hang out wherever you stay..
My dog won't eat you, but he really likes people so he might get excited and jump a bit :) I might be finding somewhere for him to stay over the couple of weeks around the retreat anyway, but we'll see how that goes.
I'm really looking forward to this year's retreat. Last year's was really good, hopefully this year's will be even better!
I think the months between now and then will go quick indeed.
See you soon,
David
Hey Vadim,
It's awesome you're coming to the retreat, I'm really looking forward to meeting you!
You've probably already got somewhere to stay, but if you need a place to crash for a few days before or after the retreat you're more than welcome to stay at my house as long as you don't mind a sometimes excitable golden retriever running around the place :)
See you in a few months!
Hope all is well,
David
Hi Vadim,
Thanks for the buddy request, hope all is well.
Take care,
Matija
