Sounds like a very good reason to pay another visit to Australia. Maybe you could fit another retreat in at the same time! :)

I'm glad to hear your trip was really good. I've struggled a bit to bring the strength and internal state back from the retreat into daily life, but it's given me a really good goal to work for!

2008 has been pretty good so far. What course are you doing now?
