This Week in the Self-Discovery Course:
Exploring Relationships
Life is a school that offers many opportunities for self-discovery, and each of our relationships is a valuable source of learning. We relate to many different people and things during our lives - family, friends, co-workers, and much more. If we live in a state of awareness, open to the reality of the present moment, then we can make use of all these relationships for our spiritual growth. All situations, whether pleasant or unpleasant, then become opportunities for acquiring wisdom.

This Week’s Practice:
Retrospection
Even when trying to be in the present moment, much of the day can go by with little or no self-awareness. Retrospection allows you to go back over a period of time and recover valuable information about yourself: what you thought, what you felt, how you acted, and what motivated you. This exercise can help you gain precious insights about your own psychology and create real motivation for inner change.
