What do I do if I did not recieve my confirmation email?

Here are a few tips to check if you did not receive your confirmation email at the start of the round.

Please note that Courses are run on US Time...

Emails are sent out on the start day of each course - US time, which may lag behind your local time. Also, weekly emails letting you know that new course material is ready to access are sent out Sundays US time - but again this may lag behind your local time.

Check your spam folder

Usually you will find the email has been placed in your spam folder. If your spam filter allows a whitelist, you can add the email address "course@gnosticweb.com" to make sure you will always recieve the course emails.

Check your email address on your account

Check the email address you signed up with to make sure it is still valid, and that it is correct. You can check this by clicking on the "My Account" link on the left menu, then clicking the "Edit Account" tab in the middle page. Here you will find your email address.

Check your enrolment status

If you have checked these things, and still haven't got a confirmation email, its possible that there were some issues with your account when it was brought over from our old site. There were approximately 15 accounts that had problems. Firstly you can check your enrolment by going to the my account link on the left hand menu, then click the "Edit Account" tab in the middle of the page. From here you should see a Course Information Section. This will give you an outline as to the status of your enrolment. If everything looks ok here, then please email to check for other issues.
