Mark Pritchard really is a thorough writer. I am so glad that he does not waste so much time with theories (although, there is a place for theories, and I am fascinated with them.) He gets to the core and practicality of the subject matter. For those of you who have signed up for the Astral Projection course (like myself) and have not yet been able to obtain his book: "A Course in Astral Travel and Dreams," be sure to order it. I was unable to through Amazon, but you can order it online through Absolute Publishing Group, and they are really good about sending it very quickly. It will take you step by step, and your confidence will increase very quickly. I think you'll thoroughly enjoy it.

In my local library, I was drawn to a particular shelf and your book called "A Course in Astral Travel" almost fell out. It may have been a case of my angel guides encouraging me in their own way. They have a great sense of humor. I actually borrowed it before, but only read parts and believe didn't focus enough. I may not have been truly ready. Now I have a different mindset.

Most recently, I aimed to consciously project in order to try to foresee when the courrier would arrive outside. I was less successful there than with other efforts. Only this morning, I projected to where a psychic intutive I know was in a rrom beside me. She literally opened the blinds as if assisting me to see. My goal is to achieve greater control and consistency.

I like the story of how you found the book again, made me smile :-)

It's also nice to hear about your success with getting to the Astral. Aiming for control and consistency is a great idea, and I hope it helps you get the most from your experiences out of the body.

Isnt, belzebuub, the name of satan? just... thought id point that out. im a big fan of astral travel, became one with the light when i was a kid, NDE. I dunno,, think id beware anyone who named themself after a evil icon....

Belzebuub is apparently the name of his inner Being. We all have a true name, the name of our Being, and that is his, you can call him by that name in the Astral plane and talk to him. This question has been raised many times on the forums, so here's a recent thread about it, you can read that, there are a lot of answers. Remember also if an Angel can fall, then a demon can rise.

I particularly like Amy's response in that thread:

I also wanted to express my thanks for all the material on awareness and self-observation.

Thanks a lot for the Saturday talks, I've found them very strengthening and helpful in trying to figure out the right approach to this work.
