shingen Join Date: 2005-08-05 Forum Posts: 13	hii got a book from the library called astral projection for beginnersand there a chapter that talks about using symbolic gatewaysi had an obe but didnt get anywhere just saw a futuristic place but before i saw this place,i had sensations and with my eye's closed i'd seentwo cresent moon one on each eye and they intertwine into one moon and clic i was therebut in this book they have a symbol for what i expeirence.its called TRIPLE MOON:HIDDEN CHANGE does anyone here use the sympolic gateway techniqueto ap maybe this is why i saw that place but anywaysi'm gonna try it tonight!!!!!

chip (not verified) Join Date: Forum Posts: 668	Iv'e heard about something not sure if it's the same. You place a poster or something on the wall. Let's say it's a with a race car and race track. Then try to project into the picture and will end up in some race car event. Your not actually moving into the picture, but trick the sub conscious to make a scenario like that. Not sure if it's astral or lucid dream. Not tried it.

Which along with relaxation of the physical body tend to result in astral projection. All I can say is if it results in you getting into the astral plane conciously then good :)
