hey everyone.Id' like to discuss The Great Rebellion Chapter 8 on scientific jargon. I think this is a great chapter, and being a scientist myself (by trade) I have to concede that we put a lot of names on a lot of things without an understanding of their true meaning. I totally agree with everything he says here. I like this quote from the preceding chapter: "When we attempt to infer concepts by observing this or that natural phenomenon, in fact we stop perceiving the reality of the phenomenon. We only see the reflection of theories and stale concepts in it, which have nothing in any way to do with reality." He goes on in this chapter to bring up the topic of mutants as "an open challenge to the scientific jargon of our times."What do you all think about the topic of mutants? The idea that mutants exist whose bodies date back from thousand or millions of years is something that VM Samael is emphatic about here... And the concept that Paracelsus is (or was ) alive at the time of Samael's writing that book? I hope to discover the truth about such matters on my own perhaps in the astral- but I was wondering what others thoughts were or if anyone had direct experiences on this topic. Thanks!

yeah i wonder if every Master maintains the physical body here in this Earth, because they do raise the vibrations of it.

Rabolu says during his time that Samael was still acting in Europe in his "mummy"..

the legend of Count St.-Germain says he meditates in a monastery in Tibet until time for him to re-surface, and then he creates an identity to help how he can. i wonder if this "meditation" is sort of like just leaving his body there.

obviously a Master acts on levels that we can't even begin to understand. like Judas says in the 'Flight of the Feathered Serpent': "I'm everywhere in general, and nowhere in particular."

i like that quote from Samael you posted. it's such a simple observation but completely undeniable.

thanks Jim-

gnosis (and especially Samael's writings) have really challenged my preconceived notions about science and especially medicine. i read scientific papers, and there is undeniable knowledge the emanates from science. on the other hand, there is clearly a lot that we don't understand.

its hard to put it all in perspective, because Samael makes it seem as though we know nothing. And I agree with a lot of the things he says, but on the other hand, when it comes to treatment of disease for example, we in the Western world rely mostly on traditional medicine that is based on logic and the scientific method. Most of these advances have been made by minds that are not in touch with the consciousness- yet there is progress.

its crazy to think where science and medicine could be today if thought about such ideas was directed by the consciousness...

Hi A'le,

It's very interesting about Mutants, hopefully with more spiritual advancement we will understand those things. I just left it aside for now, I can't beleive in it, but other things by Samael Aun Weor were so helpful for me. So I won't reject it either.

Yes, there is so much we don't know yet.
