On the second time in my LIFE that I've tried to project within two days...I read this treatise and through the ROPE method managed to pull myself out of my body. I highly recommend that you all read all seven pages, as they contain insight into several things and practices that will help with any projection method.

Thanks for the suggestion, I have tried this one, it works. All astral techniques work they just require concentration, without concentration non of the techniques give results.

Forum Posts: 19 		Indeed. This one allows you to use pure trained willpower and concentration though which is helpful for me, visualization being one of my weakpoints. It's also very fast compared to many other methods.
