Greetings all and good morning. i dont get it !!! please people tell me what to do, tell me the whole thing when you start, untill u split, and tell me ur way, do i have to use the mantra La Ra S? i am really confuesd do i have to think then fall a sleep like always ?? or it is like falling a sleep? i dont get it please i wanna do it tonight, and can i call someone to help me to split? i have some othar questions: 2nd. can i do telekinesis and othar abilites in the Astral? if so what can i do? 3rd. if i someone killed me in the astral world would i have coma in the real world or would i get hurt? 4th. if i thought i can fight like Jakie chan LOL in the astal can i? 5th. if i didnt see clear in the astral what should i do? 6th. theres people on the astral right? how can i know of the person is astral projecting like me?7 th. so i like magic alot, if i were in the astral can i cast spells i made to kill demons that i created on the astral world? or can i make egos go by saying a spell i made? thanks alot for answering ;) |

Many questions but i'll answer them to my limited knowledge as best as I can. These questions are probably better suited on a course forum where they can be answered by a teacher which I am not.
La Ra Ss is one of the mantras taught on the courses offered here for astral projection. There are others though and other means of astral projecting, such as concentrating on your heart. All of them come down to concentration. Remaining concentrated as we fall asleep so that we are aware at the split stage, aware of the sensations instead of just getting lost in thoughts. We must re-learn how we go to sleep. Normally we just get lost in thoughts/dreams but what you are aiming to do is remain concentrated as your physical body falls asleep. La Ra Ss has worked for me in the past.
1. I don't know, that is something far to advanced for me to answer.
2. Telekinesis is something that can grow with spiritual work and takes time (explained on later courses)
3. You cannot be physically harmed in the astral. You will always wake up unharmed.
4. Lucid dreaming and astral travel are different. In lucid dreaming we are just engulfed in our own thoughts, directing things etc. However we are probably not seeing what is actually there. In this case you probably could fight like Jacky Chan, however it's better to see the astral for what is really there. To try to remain aware and conscious and not get stuck in thoughts or ideas.
5. If you can't see clear in the astral there are conjurations taught on the courses to help with this. (This is something I have encountered many times)
6. I suppose you could try to talk to the person. That is very much up to your intuition and is something you may find you will be able to discern with experience.
7. You cannot be killed or harmed physically in the astral. There are conjurations that negative entities really don't like that stop them in their tracks... Egos cannot be made to go away with spells. That takes spiritual work (explained on later courses)

2: Psychic faculties like telekinesis, telepathy and intuition to name some can be used since their effects are heightened in the astral. It would be good to use intuition there as that can help make smart decisions concerning what to do or where to go.
3. As Will said we cant be hurt there since everynight we project, but in an unconscious way. So we always return to the body in the morning and remember the experience as mainly dreams.
4. The astral is heavily affected by our subconscious. So anything we think or feel is instantly felt over there more than here in the physical. If someone gets scared for just a second, it is enough to send them back to the body. Or if they think of an elephant, one could (potentially) appear in front of them.
As Will said again its very important to seperate ourself from the subconscious (falseness by dream images) and see what is really there with the consciousness (truth with awareness).
5. Don't panic either and try to ask for help from your internal divine being, your divine mother (your 'spirit guide') so you can see more clearly. You ask her like you would in the physical world (until your able to use conjurations later).
6. If you knew that person, you could later verify talking to each other there once you both wake up in the physical. At that certain point in time though, if you didn't know them, it could be hard to distinguish if they projected and were conscious of being there.
It is said that a person who isnt conscious might look like a drunk person here since they are surrounded by their subconscious (in a dream). So yes there are people just like you in the astral, but most are dreaming (subconscious state).

To answer your first question: yes, it is possible to see events of the future in the astral. What we are able to see in the astral depends on a lot of factors.
It is good to see that you are very motivated.
The most important thing for projection is to be able to concentrate on one thing for a while (like say 5 to 10 minutes).
If you train your concentration, then when you are concentrated on one thing at the exact moment of sleep, you will be able to astral project (you could for example concentrate on your heart or heart beats. Mantra's are also useful, but the main thing is concentration).
In order to be able to do this a lot of patience is needed. Eventually it all depends on how much you try it and how much you work on your concentration. You could compare it with sports; in order to become good at it, you'll need to train yourself.

and i mean by number 7 is : i like magic ! when i am on the astral world can i creat humen ?? like a demons with superpowers i chose to give them ?? and can i kill them with a spell i creat ?
that was my question, oh and i have another one lol, what would my divin parents look like ? and how would i sommun them ?

With focussing on the tree or a rock, that was probably recommended as a short (10 min) exercise to help train the concentration, so that when you do your astral exercise you will be able to concentrate more easily. With this short exercise, you look at an object, examine it, then close your eyes and try to recreate it in detail. Try to focus on the image for as long as you can, and if it fades, you can open your eyes, look at the object, and start the process again.
It is possible to project in this exercise though, because potentially you could fall asleep while being concentrated. You could project and just be out of your body in the same place or if you're imagining being in the tree for instance, trying to feel what it's like to be a tree, then you could actually project into the tree.
In the astral, you can create anything you imagine or think about - that's what dreams are really - but such creations would only be subjective and unreal. To make the best use of the astral, it's best to try and be aware of the present moment and experience what's really there in that plane such as real spiritual beings, sacred places like the pyramids of Egypt, etc. Such experiences would be very magical!
I'm not sure if one's Divine Parents can appear to one when invoked if one isn't advanced to a certain point on the spiritual path. But you can ask them for various things like to take you where you want to go in the astral and you can feel pulled there. You can also ask them to show you a teaching about something you want to learn. You can simply ask your Divine Father or Divine Mother for this.

You can meet the different parts of our own psyche consciously in the
astral or unconsciously when dreaming, they can look very different to
human, but that can have a symbolic meaning too. There is more about
them in the self knowledge course and in the gnostic wisdom course.
There is a topic about negative beings in the astral travel course.
If you meet negative beings here in the physical or in the astral you
use the recitations from the astral travel course, then they will go away.
I would not to worry about those things.

like i know i can creat them by my own fear
but if he like bited me then i have a cures on me, nd i have to get rid of it ? please explain, am confuesed, oh and by the way, we creat monters and demons from our fears right ?? if i created one by my own fear, can i kill him with a spell ? (like a spell i created to kill him) and would it work ?
