Sometimes, and this has happened as long as I can remember I can feel, for lack of a better word, presences. I can hear it, it sounds like a high frequency buzzing that seems extremely concentrated. Its like when someone is standing over you but much much more intense. I can feel when it shifts, gets closer or farther. I never really concentrate to hard on it, usually I am too scared. Lately, I use bellilin, but sometimes the presence goes away or stays. I am not even sure if it is simply one, or many presences walking astrally through my room. lol. =) any responses are most welcome!

The problem I have is that I am not sure if my mind created the being or I fear without any reason coz sometimes it feels real and on the other hand paying too much attention is not good too. :)

I think that this applies to the physcal too that if that being is a positive one after you do the bellilin it will stay and if it is not it will go away.
You can use the circle of protection and the ritual of the Century plant if you know it or you can request it by e-mail.
You can try if you want say something like that In the name of Christ I command you to leave.

Forum Posts: 75 		To be honest, It is usually just a slight nuisance. Yes, I do get scared but I don't always feel any negative vibes, usually if I feel a presence I instictually "attempt" to feel if it is good or bad, and 90% of the time it is neither. So maybe they are deceased relatives, my past personalities attracted to me, or a number of other things. =) It's good to know many othes feel these too. Have you ever spoken to the presences that you have encountered nadya?

When I envoke archangels I speak with them for help trusting I talk with them and sometimes I feel a change in energy.
I haven't spoken with other presences coz I am not sure who is there and I cannot see or hear them just sense them.To be sensitive has good and bad sides though.
For example once I was chatting with a friend of my friend and that girl is supposed to speak with angels and demons and she just decided to come energetically and look at my house.What happened was that I felt someone came except her and I could feel this being walking around my room and I told her and she comfirmed and after some time what I felt was that someones was near me behind me and it felt like someone tried to enter into my energetic field and there was a push and a stubborn intention and I was fighting with that coz I wasn't sure what will happen and I was scared of course and from then I avoid to connect on a deeper level with something I don't see.

Sometimes the presence I have felt is from a friend who is thinking about me.Also once when I did another kind of astral travel before I came back to my body I decided to release few things from me and what it manifested in the physical as an energy was about one person I knew.It felt like he was actually in my room like a being except the energy was of a lower type.But as you said it can be many things. :)
