It just looks like a site about lucid dreaming. I guess they are referring to the Astral Plane, where dreams occur, as 'lucid crossroads.' It's just another way of saying the same thing.
Here we teach how to wake up in your dreams (become conscious like you are now in them, in the Astral) except we emphasize not going along with the dream images, because they aren't real. Here it seems they encourage that in order to fulfill desires, etc, which we don't because it doesn't really impart any learning.
