Hey everyone ^_^ im kinda new to this, but i was wondering if it were possible to actualy wake yourself up INSIDE the dream, and then perform an astral projection caus im having trouble keeping myself concios when im to relaxed,i end up keeping myself awake, then i push myself to concios whil my eyes are closed and then its like i can feel my heart almost beating out of my chest, and while that happens i feel a strange tingling feeling that starts from my legs then reaches my stomach and then it goes away,i gota admit it was my heart rate that scared me the most ^_^ :-[ and forgive me for the spelling :-[ |

Welcome to the forums. I learned a few things from the course here for this, including questioning whether you are dreaming throughout the day. If you do this, you are more likely to question whether you are dreaming when you are asleep. This gives you an opportunity to 'wake up' in the dream.
There is actually one technique given in the Student Experiences section on the left called the 'Little Jump' which is specifically for this. It involves taking small jumps during the day while questioning whether you are dreaming. If you are dreaming (in the astral), you'll float up. I've had great results with this...you really have to do it with the intention that you will float though, even if you think you are in the physical.
Once you wake up in a dream, you are in the astral already, so there is no need to project further.
Good luck!

That's a great idea!
It can increase dramatically the amount of dreams we can write down and not to forget later.
Then it can help us to wake up more often in Astral as we will be more used to that dimension by writing down all our dream experiences when they are still fresh in the memory.
Good luck with the practices!
