this makes me feel dumb asking...but i wear contacts and take them out at night and put on my glasses...should i when trying to project have them on so that if i do achive the split i can see clearly ? |

It's a good question :) I too have bad eyesight and wear contact/glasses. When I astral project or become aware in the astral I can see clearly without wearing my contacts or glasses. So no, you don't have to wear your glasses while you astral project :)

Your physical eyes see physical things.
Your Astral Eyes see astral things.
So glasses or not when you suceed in doing the split you will see the astral things for sure.
If it's not clear it's because of negative entities that are putting some darkness around (astral course week 7). Or one must work upon being clear in daily life to acheive grat astral vision (astral week 5-9).

From what I understand and from reports of others, is that those who can't see or hear or walk or talk in the physical can do so in the Astral.
It seems that the limitations/handicaps of the body don't necessarily carry over to our astral bodies.
There may be times, while in the astral, when one may experience difficulty moving or seeing or speaking but that hasn't necessarily anything to do with our physical limitations but more to do with other influences such as our mental states for example.
There is more on this topic, and so much more in the free courses that they offer here. All of the information that one needs to be able to get to and explore the Astral, as well as what to expect and how to handle most any situation is explained.

I thought the same thing when I was first starting. I thought not having my contacts on was an explanation to why I couldn't see clearly. I even went on to try an exercise with my glasses on to see the difference. :)
As you'll learn to see, it's a matter of clearing away the subconscious. The more conscious we are in the astral, the more our clarity increases. In fact, my sight has been heightened in the astral without my contacts or glasses.
You can use the conjurations to clear away hazy and dark images.
