This is weird,each time while trying to AP i felt a pressure on my brow chakra(third eye).First it feels like a strange spining sensation on my chakra while meditating on it.Then this strange pressure moves down to my cheek and mouth in sort of a snake like movement.once it climb up back to my third eye and it seems to be pulling something out of me.Does any one had ever experienced something like that?please,i want to know what is it!!!!! |

I wouldn't worry much about it. I used to feel pretty much the same thing back when I first began trying to project. If you were like me then you are putting all of you focus and concentration on one point, (maybe even trying to will yourself out?). I realized that those sensations were more from muscle tension then anything else.
Projecting from the body is not strenuous and it happens quite naturally, no pressure. However we can concentrate or try too hard and yes, that can be strenuous.
If you haven't already signed up for the astral course you might want to consider it. There are a number of techniques that you will learn to get into the astral without causing that strain you are experiencing.
The pressure is likely nothing to be worried about and my advice is that if it hurts, don't do it!
