i was sleeping in my bunk and my parents were sleeping in a bed next to me. then i suddenly wake up. look down into my parents bed and see no1 there. then i try to sleep again, but see someone coming out of the wardrobe: it was something like a witch(atleast i thought it was that, but it didnt look like one), was just a random monster maybe. then it came out of the wardrobe, i was so scared so i hid myself inside my rug and peeked it: but thank god it went into the kitchen. then i went back to sleep again.like wtf was that? i have had these experiences more, but this was the first one to remember.

Hi Amarant,

Do you think it was a "false awakening" - when you dream that you wake up but you haven't? It sounds like it was a very clear experience.

There are negative beings who reside in the astral dimension, where dreams take place. Perhaps it was one of these that you saw in the room.

Hi Amarant,

There are techniques taught in the courses on this site that help you deal with monsters or negative beings in the astral. If you practice them enough you will even use them automatically in your dreams whenever you feel threatened.

It's great because you don't have to be worried or frightened in or about your dreams anymore!

Yeah, I used to have the same thing, where if I really wanted to get out of a bad dream or nightmare I'd think really hard about waking up, or jerk my body very hard and I'd wake up physically.

The good thing about the ways taught to get rid of negativity though, is that you can get rid of whatever is causing problems and then go on and enjoy the experience, and do whatever you want (within reason)!
