Master Samael talks about how a upset sthomac can cause lower chakras to be activated, thus sending you to lower dimensions while you sleep. I have expierienced this a few times, once in the past week. I saw some pretty ugly creatures, and they were doning some rather unpleasant things, but they weren't directing it towards me they were focused on eachother. The whole thing just kinda passed me by, like I was watching a movie or something. It was surreal, I wasn't really scared untill I woke up.well heres my question, I usally get out of school at 10:00 pm, so it's hard not to eat when I get home. How much time should I give myself from when I eat untill I go to sleep?

Hi,

Personally speaking I like to eat my last bit of food 3 to 4 hours before I go to bed.

Also the type of food you eat can make a difference, it may not be a good idea to eat a lump of cheese or something else that may be rich and heavy just before sleep.

all the best,

Marc

I know what you mean, R.I.D.,

In this case I just eat a few fruits and I am good to go!
Maybe you can eat a good meal during the break at school?

Regards!

Hello RID,

If your not getting nightmares then dont worry about it. Everyone is different and if its not a gutbusting meal it might not have that affect on you.

I personally eat about an hour before bed and it doesn't worry me. The only time it did was when I had a cooking disaster and ate something that was full of oil. I had a nightmare then but that was more due to the subsequent upset stomach.

All the best

I've only had problems with eating a lot of food about an hour before going to sleep. I think a light snack won't have the same effect.
