Apakhana Join Date: 2005-01-26 Forum Posts: 1129	I have been having some women trouble in the past few weeks. No one ever shows interest in me at all, and then all of the sudden a handful of different women (with no connection to each other) have come on to me pretty strong. I know most their histories and I'd probably get syphilis or something worse from them. Especially since they have already moved on to copulating with other people.According to gnosticism, if I was doing something right then the right person would appear for me, but they have all been very wrong. Nobody I meet seems to have any spiritual side to them or would be close to what I consider an alchemical match for me.Am I being tested somehow? For what reason? I have no idea where to go with this and asking for divine help gets me nowhere. Should I just start shooting people?

All i can recommend is that you really make an effort to understand what it is to be conscious in the present moment and to really make enormous efforts with self-observation. Try not to control your external situation but just consciously perceive and understand where you are and whats happening around you without complicating things with the mind. If you think about things too much you will generally make things much worse. By observing yourself consciously and understanding the egos in these difficult situations, you will genuinely make the most of the circumstances in which you find yourself rather than wasting them. Maybe this is the textbook 'Gnostic' answer but thats all i can offer you in this situation. Kind Regards, Dave.

When I met my husband, he was nothing like I had expected I was going to end up with. He is a classical pianist, who likes everything to go in a slow pace, and I wanted things to go faster, and had never bothered to listen to classical music. On allot of things we where opposites from eachother, but we both looked past that, and we felt that we where really "ment" for eachother. He introduced me to gnosis, and now we use eachothers opposites to help eachother to grow. No one could ever make (me) happier then him. I just want to advice you to keap your head clear, so that your egoes don't interfere in your choise of women. I am sure you will find your partner in life. Isabella

It's all measured what we do internally, yes it can be hard to see it, but we can investigate and discover where we are, what is our priority now, and what is our priority later.
