the first time i came out i saw this short thing running in my room but the thing was it looked like me. those eyes were scary like snake eyes, and when i tried to fake sleep as if i wasnt there it got in my face and i woke up breathing hard so scary and every time i get close to projecting i fear that i will see it again. the last time i got half way out, i told my self do not fear even though i did it seemed to work but all of a sudden this kind voice was trying to help me out but i rejected and wanted to get back in and sense then i could not do another, any suggestions |

Recitations are really good against things like this, then they are not in charge anymore, Divine power dispells them.
It is quite easy to do them.
Just in case you don't know yet, they are taught in the course in Astral Travel and Dreams and are explained in the corresponding books available from the top menu (BOOKS)
Good luck -make them go where they belong too, so you can enjoy more the chance to be consciously in another dimension!

The conjurations as taught on the Astral Travel and Dreams course will surely work like Vadim said. There is no reason to be afraid of negative entities like these; they just pester us so we do not go out and explore the astral dimension; they cannot hurt us physically in any way.
Praying for help is always usefull when trying to project.

As I understand it now, if something looks like us in the astral and is negative, it is representation of our inner defects, PLURALIZED EGO, like Samael Aun Weor puts it.

I had a experience like this way diffrent though, it was the second time i had a OBE, it was weird i was just looking outside from my house, and i saw this what i call a demon, and it noticed me and slowly started coming towards me, well i decided im not gonna stay and fight so went back into my body... figured it would just see im not there and leave, so the next night i went OBE i went back and looked outside in the same place, and then something grabbed my arm and jerked me back, when i turned around it was the same thing, i pulled my arm back and then it hit me in the sholder, well at the time it didnt hurt, Well my mentor told me that i could be seriously hurt if its a powerful demon so be careful, and he said that god can protect me, so when when he came back toward me i got ready to punch him, and i said By the power of jesus christ i banish you, which is what my mentor said worked for him, and when i punched him he just kind of moaned and faded away... well 1 OBE latter havent seen it, i assume it worked, it did hurt me though, my picture is the picture of my sholder wher i was hit, 3 wide scratches, 3 diffrent lengths, no way i did that, also ive heard you can use create energy to both ward away demons and attack them..........
