just now when i was practicing i was warm had some presure on me and i was focusing on my heart then my naghborhood and stuff then all i herd was scilence......roollleeee~it was cool and sudden lol mabe it was telling me to role out of my body ^^w00t!!!!!!! GOOD PROGRERSS FOR ME!and how could i stop the voices?

Yes, sometimes strange things can happen in our attempts that try to help us. This sounds like one of those instances. If you notice something like this again, go along with it and see what happens.

I don't quite understand what you mean by your question. Are you referring to the voice that told you to roll?

could this mess up my ap?(you know when you get the feelling in ur stumach when u ap when somthing unfamiler or scary happens could that happne to meesss up cus i kept going after the rold r's and i just iono what to do lol

and(when u hear the voice are you in the astral)
if so how do i get up or open my eyes so i dont mess it up in da physicle
