Hello GhostE,

Flying is related to the level of consciousness in the astral and is an amazing feeling. Though it is common for people to fly in dreams and so they know how is it to fly, but to fly in a projection requires faith and control. It took me a long time to get past the doubt that I can fly, as when I used to jump everytine I used to come back to the earth. But when I flew, I found myself at the other side of the earth within moments. Something worth experiencing for yourself !

good luck

Hi GhostE,

It's to be free, just to float in the "air" without falling down. If we want to go somewhere we just think of that place and we can end up there. The hard thing is to stay out long enough. I have noticed that the amount of awareness during our daily life is very important if we want to wake up more often and be able to stay out for longer periods.

If you haven't done the courses offered here I can really recommend them to you.

Hello,

flying in the astral is truly an amazing feeling. you have unlimited possibilities, and the wind blows through you while you take long dives and speed through or just float forwards and storll through the air, its something exhilirating indeed. it can sometimes be pretty difficult to control, sometimes i lose speed and have to dive down a little to reach more speeds.

but you only fly with the thought of flying, here is what i mean. one day i jumped out of a "building" in the astral and dove down then flew when i wanted. but when im on the ground i sort of "moon jump"

when i take offf from the ground, sometimes i dont do it correctly, and fall face first into dirt... but it didnt hurt, so i got up and tried it again... i guess you have to learn to control it differently thorugh each person.

My flying is more like swimming in the air. I havent gained enough sense of control or safety to really zoom around, but it is still exhilirating. But...if I get to flying around, I become so focused in staying in the air, etc...that I forget that there is another purpose for my being in the astral.

I find that I miss opportunities to discover things when I'm in the air.

Why wait till you die? Start flying now! Astral Explorations are endless...there really is a whole new world waiting for us to be explored...

Flying can be a liberating feeling but remember your goal and true purpose for being in the astral.

Hello GhostE,

It doesn't have to be that way. One just needs to determine what is of true importance to them. It's essential to set goals for ourselves...it's important to know what we want but not only that...although we may know what we want, how do we put that into action? We must truly ask ourselves, what is it that we really want and how much efforts and sacrifices are we willing to put forth to get it. By acting in consciousness, we are able to make intelligent decisions that can alleviate situations where we can "get carried away." Walking the spiritual path brings plenty of opportunities that help in self-discovery. Only you can set and determine your own limits and boundaries.

hello Blue Sernedipity,

what i think is also important about what we want are its intentions... why do we want this, is this such and such goal with good intentions true to ourselves and benefitial to our path?

some thoughts

Hi Maxwell Nader,

Yes, that is true. This is why self-exploration and investigation is crucial to our own experiences. Although, we may want something, it's important to investigate why we want it and to see if it's ego driven. It reminds me of that example about evaluating your reason to whether you would or why you would help an old lady cross the street. Are you doing it because you want to feel good about helping her cross the street or are you doing it because you think it's neccessary, or are you doing it just to be polite or are you doing it because she could be in great danger crossing the street by herself? What are your true intentions for helping the lady cross the street? Only by investigating, can we find the answer. Again, if we are aware and self-observant, we are in a better state to access the consciousness and we are able to make better decisions that is of great benefit to our inner work.
