We have a Divine Mother & Father that are a part of our own being and they would be the best to pray to, however we can pray to Angels or Masters who have awakend and are now Gods or a form of God on thier own.
For example, a student in elementary school has the choice between asking his parents at home for something, or asking the teachers at school. A student could ask different questions or for different types of help according to who he is asking (divine parents or Masters). : )

LOTS OF WAYS TO PERCEIVE IT
You know what though? In Proverbs, chapter 8, and a lot of fundamentalists (not to put them down) miss it, it says that WISDOM (WIsdom says "I am a woman") was with the LORD before the foundations of the world. Check it out. So, that blows the concept of God totally being male. This pretty well confirms the yin yang energy of God.
As far as monotheism vs. polytheism, I suppose it is a matter of something to be sought by each of us. Perhaps it is monotheism in that all aspects of "GOD" in many works as ONE. Who knows?

IT WOULD MAKE SENSE TO ME
Ok....Father God/Mother God....That makes a lot of sense to me....
So, would you say Druism and Gnosticism are pretty much the same? Also, I was told that Druism is synonymous with Wiccan practices.
Monotheism/Polytheism doesn't really bother me. I feel all things are working together as ONE anyway.
