Logically, if nothing else, the Egypto mantra would give us some more active chakras. This helps with astral projection, although I'm not sure if it actually improves our skill in projection.

its a lot of work to get nothing out of. does anyone wanna try this with me for a month to see if anything happens? i could use the group strength with this one, because doing a mantra for one whole hour out loud is a bit of a headache for me..but if im in this together with someone ill push with it..

Hi Tis,

May I suggest that you start out with just 20 minutes and then slowly build your way up to an hour. That way you can start to see the benefits of that particular mantra and the positive effects it brings upon you. This will assist with pushing yourself gently towards the 1 hour mark because you will actually want to do it.

The Egypto mantra can be used for astral projection in the same manner that a few other mantras can be used to project; this one specifically works well with the additional visualization of Egypt (in particular the pyramids) while performing it. However, it's not phonically pronounced "Egypto" but instead "eee-heeep-tooooh" (in three parts, each part on an exhale with a deep inhalation preceding it).

If you practice this every night as you fall asleep then you're almost certain to see results eventually.

Some clarification on the pronunciation, just in case:

E -  Like in Las Vegas. (More specifically an "é" sound) - For Larynx Chakra (unsure)

Heep - Like in Keep - For Third Eye Chakra

Toh -  Like in Toe - For Heart Chakra
