It's good that you are interested in learning. Concentration is really helpful to be able to do anything that we do to the best of our ability. It is actually one of the basics that we can practice so that we can get better results in further excercises and practices such as astral projection or meditation.

I guess you already saw the page that introduces concentration, but if anyone haven't, you can watch an introduction video of a very good excercise to develop our ability to concentrate here.

It's good if you take the courses given here, as the information, excercises and practices are given clearly and step by step with video lectures, recommended reading material and interactive forums and live chats that you can assist. Practicing step by step through all of it is very beneficial.
