One slow step at a time
Here we walk to the rhyme
Of each beat in our heart
With its chimes laced through time
And this sweet song sublime
It does more than remind
How we rise, and we fall
Never less, never more
Than our strength will allow
Than our Sole Eye can soar
Like each breath in a Vow
Forming words from the Now
"Look for Truth. Find the Tao"
Does our Souls Song Implore, in its Requiem Galore
Glory be! So Adored is the Lament that no more can sit hidden and obscured,
Unexplored by each sword burning bright from each cord
Silvery light trailed through worlds,
Delicate flight casting Pearls
From each poured full Amphora blessed by Angels and Lords
No I cannot ignore,
This,
Living Call,
Anymore.

I read this more than once. It evokes some interesting imagery. I think literature works so well because it's leaves an interpretation unique to the individual which makes it a more personal and possibly more meaningful experience.

*Yes I agree Apakhana, thats why I love poetry so very much, I can write a poem which today means one thing to me but tomorrow the same words can capture a totally different meaning and be just as relevant as the original intent... its a living representation about the true nature of reality to me, that it cannot be understood from just one perspective, a global or universal eye is needed to capture the whole meaning from all perspectives.
I tried to make this one choppy to represent beats more than flowing to represent water which is usually how I life to write.. its fun to experiment with the Rhythem also.
