Experiencing a moment of peace
Last Friday I was working on a project regarding the gnosticweb.
As time was a thing of luxury :-) I scheduled to work late at night, where at my house there is silence (kids and wife were sleeping). It was a week of difficulty plus we have guests at home and things are a little "loud".
So I setup my laptop and concentrated in order to give my best in a short time, and to go for meditation later. Guests were out for the night and my first thoughts were to have some rest, yet that project had to be done and I ordered myself to do this at that particular time.
A great thing happened.
At some point I got very clear about all my moves (hands, body) and a feeling of calmness and peace accompanied with a sense that I was in a more vivid environment. I actually had the ability to see all my actions (clicking on the mouse to move objects in a programme, pressing keys on the keyboard) very clearly. The sense was almost enchanting and charming. I felt very very clear.
It was like observing myself and being myself at the same time.
I actually knew what I was doing. I had a perfect understanding on why I was doing what I was doing and no doubts about how to do it or about the result.
It was amazing and words are poor in terms to describe that sense.
Then I tried to explain (the mind...) what was happening and this faded away slowly.
It was like coming back to earth again...
Yet I actually have this sense in my heart as a kind and gentle reminder of that feeling.
I found this extraordinary and now it gives me another point to further explore what can be achieved through esoteric work.
Today at work, a similar thing happened and I was full of some kind of happiness.
Things are getting really interesting.

That's good! I've shared similar experiences and understand how recalling the state of being at the time helps in evoking it later.

That's a beautiful description Christos, I think words can do such moments mroe justice than that. It is interesting how chance for these moments increases when we're doing something to feed the consciousness (especially if it's helping others), rather than just thinking about it.

That's a great reminder that we can really be aware doing anything, and really it's only the egos that stop us from experiencing that peace. Thanks so much for sharing!
