Hi Yotam,
You could register online - there are two courses one can start up with.
If you have ever come across or know what astral flying is all about you could sign up to astral travel course. Even if you feel it sounds interesting you could go ahead for it.:) You will be taught fine techniques which can make u fly. Its safe there and its such a marvellous experience to fly like bird.

The other course for beginners would be self knowledge course. It helps us to know about our psyche and how to transform ourselves for spiritual advancement and to lead a peaceful life.

The books are very helpful to read through and follow through the course s online as well.

You can always join the other one as your second course once you finish the first one. There are special forums and teachers to help you progress through the course.
