Hi,

I was wondering where this video was shot. It looks like it was in an old library or something. And, when was it shot?

I would love to be able to see that room and see what all those old books are. How beautiful.

Also, there are two videos that don't work. One is the contacting the dead video and the other is will science ever explain death.

Thanks.

Hi Vicki.

Since Dusty brought up the video issues, I seem to be having a problem with 'What Happens When We Die' - it cut out at the 1min 40sec mark.
Maybe it's my browser but since you're getting the videos checked I thought I'd mention this.

Thanks.

(The new site is really great! )

Hi,

The same thing happens to me. It says it's supposed to be 3:22, but it only reaches 1:40 and then cuts out. But, he starts to talk about review of life and that's in another video. So, I wonder if that's what they meant to do.

Hi everyone,

It seems like the occasional and intermittent video problems which people are experiencing are quite common problems throughout websites on the internet - even YouTube.  The problem lies in the incompatibiity between certain Flash players (or versions) and particular browsers (or versions of browsers).

The best advice I can give if you're having any problems viewing videos is to download the latest version of the Flash Player, then close all browsers and other applications which might use the Flash player, before installing the new Flash player.

Looking on outside Help forums (for the Firefox browser in particular), this seems to fix the problem.

The problem isn't normally with the video itself, but please let us know if you're having problems with a partticular video, just in case it's something we can fix from our end.

All the best,
Vicki
