i'm new to this site, so any help would be great to get me more comfortable faster. i have been interested in astral travel and dreams and the minds capabilities for quite a while now. before i picked up belzebuub's book i had never astral traveled. the day i got the book, i sat down that night and started reading. i was up for about three hours reading the book and writing down my thoughts, preparing myself for something to come. when i layed down i concentrated on various things and the next thing i know, everything around me is different. one of the first things i thought was...holy crap...it really worked...but then after a few minutes a few different things happened that frightened me, and i hadn't put forth the same amount of effort since. well about a year later i would assume i picked up the book again and said to myself, here we go daniel. we can do it again. only this time i am doing the online course as well, so maybe it will stick and help me get through the fear...
