Hi,

I joined in the SD lecture today and we dropped a couple of times. One thing I found when reconnecting was I had to actually refresh the screen to re-set the connection successfully - if I didn't do this and selected "connect" only, then it would appear like it was loading up but nothing would happen.

This may pose a problem with people waiting and waiting to connect, not knowing they need to refresh the screen first.

A suggestion to get around this would be that a message be added to the bottom of the sign in screen along the lines of "if you are not directed to the chat window within a few minutes, please click 'here'" - 'here' being a link that will re-direct to the chat window (like you see in some browser windows when loading a video).
