I'm sorry you're having difficulty... If you could please cut and paste the web address that is in the top of the screen when you are trying to access the Chat Room, and let us know what function you are trying to do on that page, then that will help us track down the problem.

When its not working, then only is to read

Please let me know if I'm misinterpreting your message... you tried to logon 4 times with no success and got the error message regarding "video area", with no prompt to enter your username and password?

Hi Daniel,

You are able to make changes via the Edit Account and MyGnosticProfile pages on the website.  You need to choose a name that is unique though, and I think Daniel is already taken.  So maybe Daniel plus the initial for your surname?
