Hello everyone,

I've been trying to astral project every night for the past week now. I get the effects of splitting: vibrations, racing heart, feeling heavy but light at the same time, my body feeling distant, moving upwards. all of that i think even more, but i can't seem to get past that. I remember i projected once but i got scared. Is this holding me back?

I'm not afraid of anything, but I don't know how to get past this. Can anyone help me?

Hi Juan

That is great you are doing so well and it is not taking you that long. As you know just a little bit further and you are there. Being scared will hold you back or pull you back into your body even if you are out in the astral. What helps me is, I say repeatedly to myself I am not going to be afraid or whatever it is with determination and in time it usually fixes itself. When you have split keep concentrating. With me I have to have no thoughts enter my head, otherwise I may end up back into my body.

To me all you have to do is relax and let it happen , i know what it is like so close yet so far , if you are relaxed and have you concentration on song just stick with it , you may be trying to hard and that can slow progress down , i also recomend you enrol for the dreams and obe course which starts in a few days you will find it very informative a great help .

hey thank you guys. i have been trying hard but i find it difficult to stop being aware of my body. is there something specific i can do? my motive is to move up higher in my spirituality, since ive been neglecting it for a long time now. ive decided to start with the meditation course and then move onto obes as i gain understanding. i want this to be a life style not just a thing.

Hi Juan

You say you find it difficult to stop being aware of your body. From my experience, it comes down to practice. The more you do it the better you will get. You could keep saying to yourself I am not going to be aware of my body. It is important to forget about yourself and concenrate on your technique as it could lead to an astral projection failure.

Juan yes a life style not a thing a very important ingredient in a spiritual life , Sally mentioned some important points with concentrating on the practices your body will take care of itself, the meditation course is a great introduction and you will find getting meditation right will help greatly with obes .

Hi Juan,

I get that feeling. Success is more sure when we attempt to do the practises few times a day and each day. Its more about persistence and consistency. Try doing couple of ten mins any of the practise given out in the courses everyday.

Practising each day will help to know more about the practises. Its a self learning thing too. Soon you will find you can astral fly often.

hello juan

i would add some more suggestions;
- . be comfortable with your surrounding, means that the room have to be tidy and clean enough. the energy of a room can affect the mood of doing the practice. or if already tidy/clean enough, you can put some nice calming incense, such as frankincense, which will makes the mood feel more relaxed and focused
-. keep trying in a natural way, if the first try of the night didnt go well (or can't seem to split as you put it), try again when you wakes up in middle of night or early morning (this is sometimes happens when you did a 100% proper practice at first try of the night) in a natural relaxed way like thinking of humilty in asking for divine forces help, not getting into states of frustration/fear/doubt to set in.
-. spend a good concentrated time of praying for help from divine parent before starting the astral practice

as others have mentioned as well, relaxations + concentration + persistance (giving it 100%)+ consistency (discipline) , also crucial in getting result for success in astral projection

if you happens to be projected in to astral, ask divine mother to show you something for a teaching

Thanks for sharing Harry...very good points.

I find that natural way to do a practice is especially needed in the long run. Whatever is fragmented, artificial, mechanical becomes very boring to do and brings a very little or even negative results.
Although astral practices demand willpower and push away from nature, seeking for the most comfortable and easy way out.
