Hi Hannah,

The only question that is stupid is the one not asked! Chances are if you were thinking it then 10 other people were too, only they weren't as brave as you to ask. :)

But to answer your question, no a woman cannot get physically pregnant this way :)

That being said though, if you go on to do the Gnostic Wisdom course (it is a requirement that you have completed the Dreams & OBE and Self Discovery courses first as these give you the necessary foundation for that course) you will learn about how sex relates to spiritual development, and how to use the sexual energies properly. I wouldn't encourage anyone to start having sex in the astral as this isn't conducive to that spiritual development. This will make more sense when you do the course.
