You mentioned "lost" so I figured I'd list a couple of things you may want to check out here.

For one, there are some really helpful free courses on a wide array of spiritual topics like self-discovery, dreams and out-of-body experiences, etc. You can find out about them, and you can join them by clicking "courses" at the top on the blue bar.

You already found the discussions tab, so feel free to browse around these forums, post questions and share your insights.

The other links on that blue bar can show you where you could attend the courses live, let you enter into the chatroom (I think I saw you peek in a few minutes ago), read some free e-books, watch videos, read articles, etc.

There's plenty here. I hope you enjoy the site.

Can only agree about the need to stop mental chattering.
Mind is such a useful tool when used properly and something which keeps a person "locked in internal jail" when egos are in charge of it.
When egos control psyche, there is no peace within; when egos control psyche, all kind of problems arise.
