It was filmed over 1year in the Grand Chartrusse a monastery in France The lives of the monks are depicted as a sound file, the true experience of what they experience day to day as it is a silent order.. They have an opportunity to live something really rare I spent several hours just listening to everything really intently after it my mind chatter was significantly reduced and indeed sounds did speak to me. This is available worldwide and if its in my video shop it shouldnt be hard to get. It has different titles in other languages ie The Grand Silence etc.
