Lately I have had dreams which seem real. I will wake "holding" items from my dream and they stick with me.
I have alot had a reacurring theme of a new house and my (seperated from) husband in them, where I will think to myself.. or take note in the dream. My last dream as an example was me in a new home and I made a note (thought to myself in the dream) I should take pictures of this house do I do not forget it when I wake up. What could explain the thinking to myself in these dreams represent? I do not change the dreams, I make note of them or think to myself in them. |

Hi Hadriel,
The vivid dreams and that "real-time" mind chatter show that you have some clarity on the astral. Sometimes this may come as help from spiritual beings, so we can see/understand something. Only a step further beyond these thoughts and you can wake up within a dream.
I think this is a good example that the mind cannot give us true answers sometimes. It can tell us "okay, I'm in the astral and I need to do this and this", but to be able to really wake up from that state and project we need our consciousness activated, because it gives us the knowledge where we are and what we should do.
It is mentioned on the courses that recurring dreams could mean that we need to understand something about the situation/symbol we are shown.
I've found that sometimes dreams make more sense when written down, like you may catch something small but relevant by just keeping it in your memory. Sometimes I find more sense in them if I go back to them after a while.
all the best.

To try to work out what a dream means to me - I try to remember what I felt during the dreams - was I happy or sad - and what emotions the dream made me feel. I too have been having many dreams about moving - fo me I find this very frustrating as I do not want to move - so I have looked into this and it has alerted me to aspects of myself I need to work on.
Best wishes

As long as I can remember I've had realistic dreams. When I was 7 I began a new course and was able to change my dreams while I still slept. I the last few years I've been developing that to sometimes know when I am dreaming. I've had dreams where I wake up several times before really waking in bed, each time feeling as though I was really awake. A couple of weeks ago I had a dream that was trying to terrify me, something told me to wake up it was only a dream. I soon as I realized it was a dream I didn't choose to wake up, I could tell it wasn't morning yet. I told the person in my dream trying to scare me that I would change my dream instead. It kept telling me to wake up was the only why to stop being afraid. In the end I won. I wasn't afraid I knew the person couldn't harm me. It threatened to come back-I said fine, I'll just change my dream again, that he didn't have the power to scare me.
It's an awesome feeling to be able to control things like that. Wish I could in real life.

Hi Kim,
That's really great that you were able to be conscious enough to choose to stay dreaming, even though there was somthing there trying to make you wake up! That shows real courage and awareness in the dream state. There is much to learn in the astral. Sounds like with the amount of awareness you have in dreams you could really gain some important insights while in the astral. One thing you might think about doing is asking the divine for teachings or what you most need to learn.
All the best,

hello Hadriel,
Maybe it means you should write your dreams down as soon as you wake up.
It can be beneficial to you later on, as sometimes I can understand a great dream only months after.
