Some debit cards are also credit cards, but access money that's already in your bank account, rather than providing credit as such.  These types of debit cards will normally have a Mastercard or Visa logo on them. If you have a debit card like this, then I believe you should be able to order the book directly from the Absolute Publishing website.  To get there, go to the home page and follow the Books link, or click here http://www.absolutepublishinggroup.com/

If your debit card isn't like this, then maybe the best idea would be to email the London Gnosticweb Centre and let them know your problem.  Most centres hold stocks of the book to sell to students taking the courses at the centre, so I'm sure they'd be able to arrange to post you out a book.The London centre's email address is london@gnosticweb.com

Thank you very much for your help. My debit card definately doesn't work, so I emailed the London centre and am waiting a reply. Hopefully something can be arranged. 

If I don't want to give them my debit card number, do you think that those prepaid Visa credit cards will work? I'd be so happy if it did o.o

I don't know if that type of card would work, but I imagine so, as I guess that's one reason that card type was originally created.
