hello? I am new at this. Am I speaking to some one who has taken the obe course? I am so frustrated. I have been trying for weeks to project. I clear my mind, and relax and say over and over "I am leaving my body now"...I am not afraid and I don't get why I have had no progress. I really feel that I am supposed to do this to learn something important. I am so compelled but have had no progress. Can you help me?

You mostly need to develop concentration because that is what really determines whether or not any astral attempt succeeds.
Have you signed up for the Dreams and OBE's course yet? I highly recommend it.

Good luck,

Hi Julia,

Keep trying; frustration will only hinder your progress. What you could try is to concentrate on your heart by visualizing it or you could concentrate on your heart beats. These are very effective techniques to project.

Many times we think we make no progress, but this is not true. As long as we keep trying this experience will all add up untill we get it right.

martin-

thanks. do you travel astrally? can you ask someone a question for me? you may think this is silly but I am a girl and i want to feel pretty like the rest of us. my hair started falling out and no one can figure out why? Is there someone you can ask when you are travelingn that might be able to suggest a treatment for me? If this is not appropriate then please by all means just ignore me. I am sad about this and was hoping to learn how to project so I could find out for myself. Many thanks my friend. Thanks again for your reply. God bless,

Hi

Trying to achieve astral projection can be frustrating. Some people take months to achieve it, some less. I have even been told it can take years. It is something we have to keep practicing. Try not to worry about disappointments because you may get discouraged and not want to do it at all. I think everyone is in the same boat. If you are unable to do the obe course I would recommend buying the book When I go to sleep by Belzebuub. I thinks that is how to spell it. you can check it out on the website. The book is excellent. It tells you everything you need to know and it is commensence. One of the prerequisite is you must have an excellent concentration skill, something to focus on while trying to get out of the body.

Good luck

Hi Julia,

Keep up the good work and try everyday. On no time you will get there. Pray a lot and I will pray you get the answer for your question yourself astral travelling.

I feel having this investigative mode gives us the real passion to try ourselves. It has helped me in the past and motivated me to try the exercises.

Wishes and much strength,
Juliana

Julia,

To consiously AP takes a lot of effort and endurance with varied results for different people over years of practice. When you join the astal course you will learn effective techniques to AP.The bigest obstical to regular AP is a lack of consiousness and concentration and relaxation. As consiousness increase AP becomes easier. But this doesnt happen overnight and takes patience and will power.

For now, I recommend medical advice and prayer for guidance on your hair loss and not to get anxious or depressed about it. many people deal with hairloss every day and eventually find a way to solve or deal with it:-) Look at it this way; most men go bald eventually anyway;-) and it doesnt make them less respected people....(I know its different for women though)

All the best with your efforts, and make a point to stay positive and be very aware of entertaining any negative thoughts.

Hope to hear of your progress!

Jaco
