Regarding sexual alchemy

You can transmute your sexual energie daily

and between these exersices with simple

long very slow breath-ins and very fast breath-

outs by wanting to get the energie from

This is my understanding.

The sexual Alchemy (as taught on the Gnostic Wisdom course) requires two people that are in a married and stable relationship. As with any type of sexual relationship, it's better to be committed (married) to your partner so there is trust and in case something unwanted like pregnancy occurs (so that the two are responsible for that together).

It can't be done by any form of masturbation because it requires two poles (negative and positive AKA male and female) for the "creation" of internal spiritual bodies to occur (more on the course)

The practice itself is guided by an individuals own divine mother because you can ask her to prevent pregnancy, eliminate this or that psychological ego like fear, anger, lust, etc.

Again, based on course information, you can create internal bodies although in that case it would be a Solar Astral body since, as you stated, we already have a lunar phantom astral body when we astral travel. The Solar would replace the Lunar and would be more "solid" than the lunar as well as other benefits like feeling higher emotions. The only thing that would strengthen is the psychological egos (if you do the practice incorrectly) as was mentioned.

This is a very in-depth topic and a majority of your questions are answered on the Gnostic Wisdom course so I highly suggest taking that course. Ultimately, most of these type of questions can be answered by practice and you are given that technique on the course provided you meet the requirements to practice it.

I'm a bit confused about the requirement to not orgasm. A build-up like that without a release can lead to a painful medical problem for the male, at least.

As Adam has mentioned, the topic is obviously very sensitive, and is best dealt with in detail in the Gnostic Wisdom course.

However, just to help put your mind at rest, the practice itself uses a technique to "transmute" the sexual energy, so that it doesn't cause the problems that you would usually expect in those circumstances. There are many people who have been practising Alchemy for many many years, and have not suffered any of those sorts of issues, so rest assured it's safe to practice from a physical perspective!

As other have said, alchemy must be done by 2 people. The Ham Sah practice can help transmute excess energy, but does not create like the alchemy. I believe it's taught in the gnostic wisdom course.

Alchemy must be done in the phyical body. As has been mentioned, it's important that the couple be married, but this must be a spiritual marriage, not a wedding ring. This means that the couple needs to be willing to work things out together instead of breaking up when the going gets tough.

The lunar body is not a real body, but is what we imagine ourselves to look like. It is our projected self-image, which is why we can change the way it looks simply by imagining it. The solar bodies are different and are not a product of the whims of the subconscious.
