That's great, Raven!
As far as boosting creativity, some of the most beautiful places that I've been to are in the astral. Experiencing these things can feed the essence of a person and inspire one in such a way that just isn't possible in the physical world. So, just getting into the astral, experiencing it directly and seeing what exists beyond this world would increase your creativity. Beyond that, you can gain insights there into the bigger questions about the mysteries of life and death, all of which could help a musician.

As a musician and artist too, I have also drawn some inspiration from the astral dimension. So it definately can be done.
I found that as one becomes aware of the deeper levels of reality and can connect things together more easily, it becomes easier to access these things as a great resource in the creative process.
After having a longer conscious astral episode without using drugs, do you find now in your experience that such an event is superior to one induced by drugs that you can not control?
I wish you continued success with your practice. Good work!

Good question. I was wondering the same thing. You know, seeing as how it's an altered state, that might help in itself. I think our subconscious mind is much more creative than the conscious mind, and I think, although people are lucid during astral travel, that they are more in contact with that subconscious part of their minds. Maybe that will be beneficial to our creativity. I have not projected, but that's just a belief of mine.

Interesting topic, i remember once i woke up in a dream and i could hear music. I realized that i could control what i was hearing so i began composing the most amazing music in the astral with my mind. Of course when i woke up i couldnt quite remember exactly how it went and now i dont remember it at all. All i know is that it was amazing it was like a personal music studio but in my head!
